Used Cellarrich products have a two years guaranty, but in case of a defect we will always try to solve the problem. In case of a defect we kindly ask you to send us a mail with the product name, a description of the defect and a photo. We will contact you as quick as possible.
Cellarrich can also repair most products after the two years guaranty. We charge a repair fee for the replacement of zips, clasps or hardware after. Send us a mail with an explanation of the defect, together with a photo and we will let you know the repair cost as soon as possible.
Leather is a natural product, not colourfast and sensitive for direct sunlight. Fading of the colour is not within our guaranty.
