Part of our collection can be purchased trough our webshop. Please consider that leather is a natural product. The colour and grain of the leather will always be slightly different than the product on the photo.
Delivery We try to have all the products on stock, but it can happen that a product is not available. In that case we will contact you as soon as possible. All orders will be shipped by GLS. We can send all wallets, pouches and leather cream as letterbox parcel. The GLS parcell will get a track and trace and the cost will be € 6,25.
Orders of € 75,- or more will be free of charge.
Payment You can pay us only through iDeal. Vouchers from the store cannot be spent in the webshop. Returns If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can always return your purchase within 14 working days. In your package, we have included a return form. You must announce the return in advance at info@cellarrich.nl, then we can provide you a return number. Please note that the original packaging and labels must be returned. We cannot take back your purchase if original packaging and labels are not returned The risks and costs of the return shipment are to the customer. Therefore make sure that the returned product is neat and well packed. After receiving your return we will refund the purchase price plus the shipping cost within 10 working days to your bank account. You can also return the product in our shop. Make sure you take the invoice with you. In the store we cannot return money, but we will give you a voucher of the purchase price. Gift box We will try to make a party of receiving the package by wrapping your product nicely. Big bags are not wrapped. But if you wish to have a bag wrapped, add your wish during the order process in Notes. Warranty and complaints All our products carry a standard warranty of 2 years from date of purchase. Zippers, trimmings and stitchings of Cellarrich products can always be repaired. For repairs of Cellarrich products older than 2 years we charge a repair fee. For problems with clasps we have to look in each case for a suitable solution. Maintenance All our products are made of leather and can be treated with a colourless leather cream. Don’t dry a wet product near a heating device, but at room temperature. Leather is a natural product and can fade by direct sunlight.
